Trump’s Uber-Rich Mar-A-Lago Neighbor Accused of Transgender Discrimination
“NO MORE HIRING TRANNIES.” It will finally happen on February 27th, 2017 in Sherman Oaks, CA. For two years, President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago next door neighbor, crazy rich investor and Woodbridge Structured Funding President, Robert Shapiro, who has cynically weaseled out of answering questions, will be deposed in a suit in which he’s been accused of transgender discrimination and harassment. Accusations which include him telling a company supervisor, “No more hiring trannies.”
The plaintiff in the case, Kaila Alana Loyola, a transgender female, was hired as an administrative assistant at Woodbridge and almost immediately, was subjected to harassment and derogatory comments by her supervisors and Mr. Shapiro, who are accused of saying among others:
“You look ugly.”
“You sound like a man.”
“You’re a heifer.”
“I’m going to kill you, heifer.”
Examining the plaintiff’s hands, then commenting “man’s hands say a lot about their penis size.”
Loudly commenting in front of others as plaintiff exited a bathroom, “someone peed on the toilet seat.”
The plaintiff began work at Woodbridge on May 4th, 2015 and was fired from Woodbridge on August 5, 2015, just three months later.
In 2016, Robert Shapiro purchased the Holmby Hill’s estate previously owned by Sonny & Cher for 90 million dollars.
